Scope
Multi-entity coalition creating cross-vertical KPI frameworks across two research areas:
RFP 02: Map current and emerging use cases on Cardano and benchmark against comparable deployments on peer chains, identifying gaps, differentiated strengths, and positioning opportunities.
RFP 05: Develop entry strategies for Cardano in government and emerging market contexts, segmented by region and vertical, covering the regulatory landscape, key stakeholders, and recommended go-to-market approaches.
